FAQ

Who are you guys?
Short version - Just two normal geeky people travelling the globe.
Long version - Click Here

Why did you name yourselves Didi and Gogo?
There's this great play by Samuel Beckett called Waiting for Godot - where two friends (the aforementioned Didi and Gogo) are waiting on a bench, watching life pass by. They talk about leaving, talk about moving on, talk about the great things they could see, but they still sit and wait. We thought wouldn't it be great if Didi and Gogo actually moved on and lived their dreams. Thus I guess we are living their dreams (and ours) vicariously.

Where are you right now? I need to know!

You guys seem to be really keen on giving to charities! What charities to you suggest I check out?
There are plenty of really great charities - the Project for Awesome is a great resource to find a charity that is important to you. My favourite charities are:
Baan San Fan Children's Home  (Which our friend Jason is currently trying to raise money for)
Elephant Nature Park
Kiva.org (who are currently giving away free loans to new donators)
Harry Potter Alliance (nerds uniting to save the world)
Save the Children
Unicef
Water.org

Both of the below are great charities that don't run on donations but rather use ad revenue to support their causes:
Free Rice
Tab for a Cause

What is the answer to life, the universe, and everything?
42. But it's not the answer that counts. It's the question!

Have you met any super intelligent intergalactic white mice yet?
No, but I live in hope! However I have met plenty of the unremarkable unintelligent ratty kind.

Are you guys every coming back to Australia?
Probably not. Maybe to visit. Probably. Eventually.

Are you guys really planning on moving to Canada?
That's the plan. Hopefully. Probably. Eventually.
